PASTING DETAIL ELEMENTS INTO A NEW FILE
If the Views into which the Detail Items are to be placed were pasted "Aligned", the Detail Items can also be pasted "Aligned". This will put them in the exact relationship with the model elements as the original.
If the Views into which the Detail Items are to be placed were not pasted "Aligned", the Detail Items may not be able to be pasted "Aligned".
As with the pasting of some Views, there will be a blue dashed box indicating the original location of the items, and the same alignment procedure can be followed.
The same Warning and Error dialogue boxes from pasting Model Elements may appear. It is a good idea to save the warnings so that they can be printed and reviewed.
